For employers with no benefits

No benefits for your team? Give them something valuable, at no cost to your business.

Many staffing firms, contractors, and small businesses run on a 1099 or hourly workforce with no benefits package. These two offers give your workers real help with health coverage and with paying the bills between paychecks, with no cost to you and nothing to administer.

Two no-cost offers

Offer one or both. Your business pays nothing.

One helps your workers find health, dental, vision, and protection options on their own. The other lets employees access part of the pay they have already earned before payday.

Benefits access for your workforce

Workforce Benefits Access

A free benefits hub you share with your workers. They take a 60-second Benefits Check and see health coverage, dental and vision, telehealth, life and income protection, and prescription savings options built for contractors and 1099 professionals.

  • Free for your workforce
  • No cost to your business
  • Nothing to administer: just share the link
  • Sharing it creates no employer obligation or enrollment responsibility

Common questions

Questions from employers.

Does either offer cost my business anything?

No. Workforce Benefits Access is free to share, and Rellevate describes its pay-advance program as no cost to the employer. Employees pay a $2.95 fee for each advance they choose to take.

Do I have to run a benefits plan or administer anything?

No. With Workforce Benefits Access you simply share the link, and workers explore options on their own. With Rellevate, your payroll company reports upcoming pay information and Rellevate handles the advances.

Can 1099 contractors use pay advances?

Rellevate works from pay information your payroll provider reports. If your contractors are paid outside payroll, ask about eligibility when you schedule the meeting. Workforce Benefits Access is built for 1099 and contract workers.

Is this health insurance?

No. Workforce Benefits Access helps workers find and compare coverage options on their own; it does not enroll anyone. Rellevate is earned wage access and a digital account, not insurance.
